Who we are

vision2reel is an independent video studio based in Israel. This policy explains what information is collected when you visit vision2reel.ai and how it is used. Questions: studio@vision2reel.ai.

What we collect

What you send us. When you email us, message us, or book a call, we receive what you choose to share — typically your name, email, company and project details. We use it only to respond to you and, if we work together, to run the project.

Usage data. Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, time of visit) for security and operation. We may also use analytics and advertising-measurement tools — such as Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tracking, the LinkedIn Insight Tag and the Meta Pixel — which set cookies or similar identifiers to measure visits and campaign results. Where the law requires it, these run only with your consent.

Preferences on your device. The accessibility menu saves your choices (text size, contrast and so on) in your browser's local storage. This stays on your device and is not sent to us.

Embedded content

Films on this site are streamed by Vimeo and YouTube. Loading a player can send data such as your IP address and cookies to those providers, under their own privacy policies. Vimeo players are embedded with "Do Not Track" enabled; YouTube players load only when you press play. Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads. Short ambient loops are hosted with the site itself, on our hosting provider, and send nothing to anyone else.

Why we process it, and for how long

We process contact details to answer your request and to perform an agreement with you; usage data to run and secure the site (our legitimate interest); and marketing measurement with your consent where required. Correspondence is kept for as long as the relationship and legal obligations require. Server logs are kept by the hosting provider for a limited period.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information. We use service providers that process data on our behalf: Netlify (hosting), Google (fonts, email, analytics and advertising), Vimeo and YouTube (video), LinkedIn and Meta (advertising measurement), and a scheduling provider for booking calls. Some of these are located outside Israel, mainly in the United States.

Your rights

Under Israel's Protection of Privacy Law, and other laws where they apply, you may ask to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to its use for marketing. Write to studio@vision2reel.ai. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Children

This site is intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published here with an updated date.
